Recent Cases And Successes

Since 1986 I have defended over 8000 individuals accused of breaking the law. The cases below are just a few of the many that I have successfully represented since 2015. Please keep in mind that every case is different and results vary based on the particular facts of the case, the prior convictions of a client if any, as well as the prosecutor, probation officer and judge handling the case. Needless to say, the results below are a good indication of my ability, skills and experience that are brought to every case. These results do not include the numerous successful expungement cases where my client's record is either reduced to a misdemeanor, dismissed and or corrected through the Department of Justice for the purposes of employment or the right to possess a firearm.
