Recent Cases And Successes

As a former prosecutor, attorney John M. Kucera has reviewed and filed thousands upon thousands of cases submitted by law enforcement agencies. Often, cases were rejected for lack of sufficiency.

As a defense attorney, attorney John M. Kucera has fought and defended as many cases against individuals accused as a result of such filed cases by law enforcement.

As a former judge pro tempore, John M. Kucera has made sure that appropriate justice is done.

Bottom line: He knows what a case is worth, if anything, and have the "horsepower" to successfully defend individuals accused of breaking the law.

The case dispositions below are just a sample of the many successes we have gained for clients.

Please keep in mind that every case is different, and results vary based on the particular facts of the case, including the prior convictions of a client, if any, as well as the current prosecutor, probation officer and judge handling the case.

The results below are a good indication of the ability, skills and experience he brings to every case. These results do not include the numerous successful expungement cases where clients' records are either reduced to a misdemeanor, dismissed or corrected through the Department of Justice for the purposes of voting rights, employment, driving privileges or the right to possess a firearm.
