RECENT CASES AND SUCCESSES

Since 1986 I have defended over 8000 individuals accused of breaking the law.

The clients and cases below are just a few of the many that I have successfully represented since 2015.

These results do not include the numerous successful expungement cases where my client's record is either reduced to a misdemeanor, dismissed and or corrected through the Department of Justice for the purposes of employment or the right to possess a firearm.

Please keep in mind that every case is different and results vary based on the particular facts of the case, the prior convictions of a client if any, as well as the prosecutor, probation officer and judge handling the case. Needless to say, the results below are a good indication of my ability, skills and experience that are brought to every case.
